James R. (Jamie) Barber played center on the 71 Championship team after playing for the Hamond High Admirals the previous 3 years.

After TC, Jamie met his wife Kathy and relocated to St. Paul, Minnesota in 1980 where he currently resides with his three teenagers: Joe (17), Jake (15) and Jennifer (14). Jamie is presently working for Sysco – Minnesota and enjoys hunting & fishing.
